- Order and pay for personally a pre-listing inspection to account for problems that may arise during the negotiation period
- Review the pre-listing inspection report with you
- Help you work with Maintenance Contractors to service any items found on the pre-listing inspection report that you would like to have fixed
- Your choice of three comprehensive marketing plans to help your home sell for top dollar, which can be seen below
- Review all of your real estate assets with you yearly to help you make educated decisions in the future
- Place a customized Yard Sign in front of the property
- Input your property on the Multiple Listing Service to help get maximum attention
- Negotiate the offer and contract in your best interests
- Facilitate the home inspection and resolution process
- Prepare you for closing and the associated costs
- Provide weekly updates/proactive communication throughout the entire process of selling your home
