• Run a preliminary title report to make sure the title on your property is free and clear
• Order and pay for personally a pre-listing inspection to account for problems that may arise during the negotiation period
• Review the pre-listing inspection report with you
• Help you work with Maintenance Contractors to service any items found on the pre-listing inspection report that you would like to have fixed
• Your choice of three comprehensive marketing plans to help your home sell for top dollar, which can be seen below
• Review all of your real estate assets with you yearly to help you make educated decisions in the future
• Place a customized Yard Sign in front of the property
• Input your property on the Multiple Listing Service to help get maximum attention
• Negotiate the offer and contract in your best interests
• Facilitate the home inspection and resolution process
• Prepare you for closing and the associated costs
• Provide weekly updates/proactive communication throughout the entire process of selling your home
